Sample Collection: The process begins with the collection of sputum samples from the patient. This critical step ensures the accurate capture of potential tuberculosis DNA.

Rapid DNA Extraction: In just six minutes, the DNA is extracted from the sample using an easy-to-follow protocol. This rapid extraction reduces delays, enabling faster results.

Reagent Addition: The specially formulated reagents provided in the TB Test Kit are added to the extracted DNA. This step initiates the molecular amplification process.

Incubation: The sample is incubated at 65°C for 40 minutes, with the use of either dry bath or water bath.
